What is the maximum yacht length you can accommodate?
Schoonmaker Point Marina offers both slip berths and side tie space, with capacity to host vessels up to 150 feet in dedicated slips. For larger visiting yachts, we provide side tie mooring for vessels up to 220 feet. Please contact the Harbor Master in advance to confirm availability and docking specifications.
How do I reserve a slip or contact the Harbor Master?
To reserve a slip or inquire about current availability, please reach out directly to our Harbor Master via our contact form or by phone: +1(415)-331-5550. We recommend making reservations in advance, particularly during peak regatta seasons and major Bay Area events.
Are guest amenities and services available onsite?
Yes, guests have access to full-service amenities including private restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, 24-hour secure dock access, and parking. Onsite support for provisioning, shipments, and maintenance referrals is also available.
Is customs clearance available at the marina for international vessels?
While Schoonmaker Point Marina is not a designated port of entry, we assist international visitors with directing you to the nearest clearance facilities within the Bay Area. Our team is available to help coordinate your arrival and ensure a smooth entry process.
What transportation options are available from the marina?
Our location offers convenient access to Sausalito’s Golden Gate ferry terminals, public bus services, and ride-hailing apps. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 40 minutes away by car, and downtown San Francisco is just 3.3 miles across the bay.
